1. Agreement Overview
These Terms apply to your use of the LocalVerse mobile app, related web pages, and other linked services, including registration, sign-in, content browsing, content publishing, host collaboration, orders, Trips, support communications, and after-sales interactions.
By registering, signing in, or continuing to use LocalVerse, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

- browse and publish travel-related content such as Moments, images, videos, comments, and reviews;
- use AI conversation and itinerary understanding features to generate Plans;
- collaborate and communicate with hosts, experience providers, or other relevant users;
- view quotes, orders, Trips, refund status, and review information;
- upload avatars, photos, videos, or other materials you choose to provide; and
- use Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, or email verification sign-in methods.
4. Account Registration and Sign-In
You must have the legal capacity required to accept these Terms and use supported sign-in methods lawfully.
- Current sign-in methods may include email verification, Apple Sign In, and Google Sign In;
- you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, devices, and session information;
- if you discover unauthorized use or account risks, you should contact the platform promptly; and
- we may restrict, suspend, or terminate services if you violate these Terms, impersonate others, or engage in fraud or abuse.
5. User Content and License
You may upload or publish text, images, videos, avatars, comments, reviews, itinerary descriptions, order notes, and other service-related content within the platform. You must own the relevant rights or have obtained the necessary permissions.
To operate the platform and provide content display, translation, recommendation, moderation, caching, technical processing, dispute handling, and after-sales support, you grant LocalVerse a non-exclusive, sublicensable license to store, copy, display, distribute, process, adapt, convert, and otherwise use your content as necessary for the services.
6. Copyright Complaints and Governance
- If you believe content on the platform infringes your rights, you may submit a complaint to us;
- we may request identity, ownership evidence, the allegedly infringing link, and supporting details;
- we may hide, remove, disable access to content, or restrict related account functions; and
- for repeated infringement, malicious reposting, or clearly unlawful content conduct, we may take stricter action, including suspension or termination.
7. User Conduct Rules
- You must not publish unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, obscene, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content;
- you must not impersonate others, falsify identity, or mislead users;
- you must not use scripts, crawlers, bots, or bulk registration tools to disrupt platform operations;
- you must not unlawfully obtain, collect, export, or disclose other users' information; and
- you must not induce off-platform transactions, abuse refunds, manipulate reviews, or disrupt order fulfillment or support workflows.
8. AI Features and Disclaimer
LocalVerse may provide AI conversation, itinerary understanding, travel suggestions, copy assistance, and multilingual translation features. These outputs are offered for informational and collaboration support purposes only and do not constitute professional legal, medical, financial, or guaranteed travel advice.
You are responsible for evaluating AI outputs, recommended content, destination information, and translations based on your own circumstances.
9. Host Collaboration, Orders, and Fulfillment
- The platform supports a service chain involving content discovery, AI Plans, host collaboration, Orders, Trips, refunds, and reviews;
- quotes, service items, payment status, refund status, and fulfillment information may be generated jointly by multiple workflows;
- you should carefully review relevant content before confirmation or payment; and
- we provide reasonable assistance for fulfillment, after-sales issues, and disputes, but do not assume unlimited responsibility for matters beyond our control.
10. Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate third-party services for sign-in, payments, cloud storage, maps, messaging, logging, and security. Those capabilities may also be governed by separate third-party terms or privacy policies.
11. Privacy and Personal Information
The collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of your personal information are governed by the LocalVerse Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.
12. Platform Rights
- We may review, label, limit visibility of, remove, or take down content;
- we may identify and respond to risks related to accounts, devices, sessions, orders, and interactions;
- we may warn, rate-limit, restrict features, suspend service, or terminate accounts involved in suspected violations; and
- we may adjust pages, functions, rules, and fee strategies based on business development and legal requirements.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or absolute suitability for every scenario.
For interruptions, delays, errors, or losses caused by network failures, maintenance, third-party causes, force majeure, policy changes, or security incidents, we will respond reasonably but do not assume liability beyond what applicable law requires.
14. Service Changes and Termination
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the services for business, compliance, maintenance, or risk-control reasons. If you violate these Terms, platform rules, or applicable law, we may suspend or terminate relevant services.
15. Updates to the Terms
We may update these Terms based on product changes, service adjustments, legal requirements, or governance needs. Updated Terms may be presented through the app, website, or other reasonable channels. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the platform services should first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may bring the dispute before a court with competent jurisdiction.
